• Freedom to Smurf - used to be good but since Pipex took them over they are as crap as the rest of them.
• Zen - Voted top ADSL ISP but very expensive, and it's capped now as well.
• Metronet - No nonsense pay as you go ADSL ISP.
• Be is a relatively new ADSL2+ ISP that might be offering 16Mb/sec in certain areas when they pull their finger out.
